1. Where do you deliver?
We offer shipping to Malaysia and 20 different countries around the world! If you are from other countries, please contact us in advance for the shipping rate.
2. How much the shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING within MALAYSIA for all orders made through our website. If order made via whatsapp or FB messenger, additional shipping cost require for SABAH SARAWAK.
3. How long does delivery take?
Local delivery is within 1 to 3 working days.
4. Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered phone number and email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
Paid orders made before 2pm will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.
5. The item I receive is faulty!
We apologize profusely for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.
Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to [email protected]
6. I received an incorrect item.
Do let us know immediately via email at [email protected] along with your order ID and we’ll send the correct item for you.
7. Do you offer C.O.D?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at the moment! However, we will work hard to offer the service soon.
8. What is returns policy?
Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt. Only clothes/telekungs that are unworn unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged. Email us at [email protected]!
9. What payment method do you accept?
We accept Maybank2u and other online banking by transfer. However we are working to accept credit card payment for your better shopping experience with us.

11. Do I get INAAYA GIFT BOX when buy Telekung?
For Maryam Telekung, you dont get the box. If you wish to receive the box, simply add the Inaaya Box to your cart.
